Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping of e-commerce orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts or pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks and coordinating with logistics teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse workflows and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail inventory management.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry items weighing up to 15kg regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Valid Forklift License (if applicable) is highly desirable.
- Good communication skills in English.
