Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize inventory in a systematic manner to ensure accurate stock levels
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move warehouse materials
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Good communication skills for team collaboration
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
