Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and random physical inventory counts to verify stock levels against system records.
- Identify, document, and report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
- Ensure strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and operations teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve accuracy.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accurate documentation of audit results, stock logs, and inventory reports.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of inventory control systems and best practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or auditing roles.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with high levels of precision.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift light to medium objects as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
