Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect finished steel products for quality, dimensions, and surface defects against specifications
- Systematically verify product documentation and order accuracy before loading
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading operations using appropriate equipment
- Maintain detailed inspection logs and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Ensure proper segregation and labeling of products for storage/distribution
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety protocols and OHS standards
- Collaborate with inventory teams for stock reconciliation and rotation
- Assist in continuous improvement of warehouse processes and quality control
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Strong attention to detail with ability to identify product irregularities
- Basic knowledge of steel products and industry standards is advantageous
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle moderate weights
- Proficient in basic inventory documentation and record-keeping
- Valid safety training certification or willingness to obtain
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings
