As a Warehouse Lead at Shopee, you will be at the heart of our logistics ecosystem, driving the efficiency of our end-to-end operational processes. We are looking for a results-oriented professional to oversee warehouse activities, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and delivered on time. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and process optimization to support Shopee's fast-growing marketplace in Singapore.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching orders to ensure 100% fulfillment accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Logistics) to improve workflow processes and reduce turnaround times.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, SOPs, and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage warehouse resources, including equipment maintenance and space optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing large teams effectively.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
