Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient turnover
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in international supply chains is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Papua New Guinea or Vanuatu if required
