Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely transportation of materials
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to operational procedures
- Prepare and maintain accurate warehouse documentation and reports
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operations experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Valid forklift operation certification (preferred)
- Experience in MNC environment advantageous
