Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations during night shift, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Lead and motivate night shift staff through task delegation, performance monitoring, and constructive feedback
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, security procedures, and compliance with operational standards
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and warehouse layout improvements
- Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to enhance productivity
- Prepare daily operational reports, including inventory levels, productivity metrics, and incident reports
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors and logistics teams to ensure seamless handover and operational continuity
- Train staff on equipment operation, safety procedures, and operational best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervision experience, preferably in night shift operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development within logistics environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with warehouse software systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions during high-pressure situations
- Physical ability to perform warehouse duties including standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 25kg
- Relevant certification in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management preferred
