Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS system optimization
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance management, and safety protocols
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics to support production schedules and customer deliveries
- Implement lean practices to improve warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions for operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience in FMCG/personal care industry
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Knowledge of GMP standards and safety regulations in manufacturing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
