- Perform precision welding operations on metal components using MIG, TIG, and stick welding methods
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding specifications
- Operate welding equipment safely and maintain optimal working conditions
- Inspect finished welds for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance checks
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Document welding activities and maintain accurate production records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification
- Minimum 2 years of professional welding experience in warehouse/manufacturing setting
- Certification in MIG/TIG welding or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong understanding of metal properties and welding techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings and welding symbols
- Physical stamina to work in standing/welding positions for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling
- Valid welding safety certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Welder preferred)
