Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile physical stock with system data.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving departments to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational certificate preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Valid forklift license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
