Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update Zoho CRM database with accurate customer information and interaction records
- Perform data entry, quality checks, and maintenance of CRM records
- Assist with lead generation, qualification, and assignment processes
- Generate daily/weekly CRM reports and analytics for management review
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support CRM campaigns
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via CRM ticketing system
- Train team members on Zoho CRM best practices and updates
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Proficient in data management and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with high data accuracy standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous virtual assistant or administrative support experience
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work part-time hours (20-30 hours/week)
