Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records
- Assist with payroll processing and employee record maintenance
- Prepare financial reports and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Utilize accounting software for transaction processing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
