Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to elevate your career in the real estate sector? Savills Property Management is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Accounting Officer / Executive to join our dynamic finance team. In this key role, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) accounting functions. You will ensure that all financial records are meticulously maintained, accurate, and fully compliant with statutory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end MCST accounting cycle, including general ledger maintenance and month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and review accurate monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance reports for property owners.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory requirements, MAS guidelines, and local tax regulations.
- Perform comprehensive bank reconciliations and manage cash flow for all strata accounts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and verification of invoices.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts for property management.
- Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in property management or MCST accounting.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s statutory accounting and auditing standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP experience is highly preferred).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with property committees and stakeholders.
