Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all financial accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement tax strategies ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow projections
- Oversee internal controls and audit processes to ensure financial integrity
- Manage relationships with tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting and accounting systems
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance department capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years experience in finance with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
