Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
  • Perform monthly payroll processing, calculations, and statutory filings (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax).
  • Handle administrative duties such as meeting scheduling, filing management, and document control.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review and analysis.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with Malaysian regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost control analysis, and general office inventory management.
  • Support the management team with ad-hoc reports and business correspondence.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in full set accounts and administration within the manufacturing or medical industry.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Excel advanced functions).
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
