Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify all incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Manage the entire accounts payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate payment to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or queries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for all accounts payable documents and records.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of statutory reports and ensure adherence to Malaysian tax regulations.
- Perform ad-hoc accounting duties and support the finance team with various projects as required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
