Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
- Assist with financial reporting, budget preparation, and expense tracking
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and record maintenance
- Process employee documentation, benefits administration, and compliance filing
- Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities during financial reviews
- Maintain accurate employee databases and confidential personnel files
- Assist in organizing training programs and performance evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in combined accounting and HR roles
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and accounting standards
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach in dynamic environments
