Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes and vendor relationships
- Coordinate procurement activities and maintain inventory records
- Process financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports
- Support administrative functions including filing and document management
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting or administrative experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
