Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations using AutoCount software efficiently.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes with accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Handle general office management, including filing and document organization.
- Communicate with clients and vendors in Mandarin to ensure smooth business operations.
- Prioritize daily tasks to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of necessary financial documents and vouchers.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCount and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of Mandarin (speaking and writing).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics setting is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team.
