Tanggung Jawab
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the general ledger system.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of financial statements.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures and prepare necessary schedules.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and statutory reports.
- Manage petty cash and assist in the preparation of budgets and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or queries regarding financial data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelorβs Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large amounts of numerical data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning new accounting software.
