Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospects to drive business growth and retention.
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial statements, trial balances, and monthly reports.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate data entry and documentation.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Prepare correspondence, presentations, and correspondence for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support the sales team in meeting quarterly targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor accounts for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
