Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate fixed asset registers.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare statutory financial reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT/GST).
- Liaise with auditors and external parties during annual audits and regulatory reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and internal control procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Full Set Accounting within a MNC environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP ERP systems is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of Japanese language is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
