Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and optimize all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
- Manage and develop high-performing finance teams through mentorship and performance management
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and strategic opportunities
- Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex financial data
- Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities
- Experience in cross-functional financial strategy implementation
