Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts receivable processes to ensure timely collection of payments
- Monitor customer accounts and identify potential payment delays or issues
- Prepare and send invoices, statements, and collection correspondence
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and account reconciliations
- Analyze customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits
- Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in electronics or service industry preferred
