Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and journal entries specific to manufacturing operations and production cycles.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including detailed variance analysis of production costs.
- Manage inventory valuation, reconciliation, and tracking to ensure physical stock matches financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of accurate financial statements and management reports for senior leadership.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to streamline processes and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in manufacturing or cost accounting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
