Are you a meticulous finance professional looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact? Private Advertiser is currently seeking a dedicated Accounting - Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for securing the company's revenue stream by accurately verifying and posting receipts, while effectively resolving any billing discrepancies. We are looking for a proactive individual who can manage the accounts receivable process efficiently, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly and payments are collected in a timely manner. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and a chance to work in a professional environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Verify and post customer receipts into the accounting system accurately and on time.
  • Generate and issue invoices and monthly statements of account to clients.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments to ensure cash flow.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions daily.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices.
  • Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all accounts receivable records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
