Axia Link Global Services Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Accounting Assistant (Non-NZ Account) to join our expanding finance team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will support our accounting operations by managing non-New Zealand accounts, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with international accounting standards. As the Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day accounting tasks, from processing invoices to reconciling bank statements. You will work closely with the finance team to prepare monthly reports and assist in year-end audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents, including journals, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and budgets.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry and filing.
- Assist with tax compliance and local filing requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial queries and status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as XERO, QuickBooks, or MYOB.
- Strong knowledge of non-New Zealand accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
