You will assist in processing bank reconciliations, verifying adjusting entries, and analyzing account balances to ensure financial statements are error-free. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes and procedures.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
- Prepare and analyze account schedules and financial reports.
- Record and verify adjusting entries in the general ledger.
- Support the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation and files.
- Assist in inventory valuation and stock counting support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
