Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis activities
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
