Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and regulatory compliance documentation
- Develop, implement, and monitor organizational budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit findings
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Mentor and develop accounting team members to enhance performance and skill development
- Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Deep knowledge of Philippine tax laws, PAS, and GAAP compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Proven leadership experience in managing accounting teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
