Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll processing
- Oversee financial statement preparation, audits, and regulatory compliance reporting
- Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements
- Manage month-end/year-end closing activities and reconcile financial accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
- Supervise accounting staff through performance management and professional development
- Ensure adherence to Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required
- Minimum 5 years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations, PAS, and GAAP standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and implement financial process improvements
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
