Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and tax regulations
- Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage tax filing processes
- Implement cost control measures and budget forecasting for restaurant operations
- Optimize financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in restaurant/hospitality accounting and cost management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
