We are seeking an organized and results-driven Accounting & Operations Supervisor to oversee our financial and administrative functions. This managerial role requires a strategic thinker capable of streamlining accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and optimizing operational workflows. The ideal candidate will lead a team of finance professionals, implement robust financial controls, and drive efficiency across all transactional processes. You'll collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives while maintaining accurate financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and statutory filings in accordance with Philippine regulations
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Analyze financial data to prepare management reports, budgets, and variance analyses
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial reviews and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Oversee inventory management and fixed asset accounting systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role
- Expert knowledge of Philippine tax codes, BIR regulations, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
