We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our operations in Medan, Sumatera Utara. This is a key role within our finance team, supporting the financial health of our Palm Oil plantation business. In this position, you will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accurate inventory accounting specific to the plantation, and preparing timely financial reports. You will play a vital role in cost control and ensuring full compliance with local tax regulations and company policies.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee daily general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, including CPO (Crude Palm Oil) stock and agricultural supplies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
- Assist in the payroll processing and tax filing procedures for the plantation workforce.
- Review and approve supplier invoices and expense reports for accuracy and validity.
- Support the budget preparation process and analyze financial variances for the plantation unit.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external auditing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, preferably within the plantation, agriculture, or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management.
