Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies
- Prepare VAT reports and other tax-related documentation
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) for data entry and reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS) and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience in retail or consumer goods industry is advantageous
