Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise, train, and mentor the junior accounting staff to foster professional development and maintain high performance standards.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger by performing regular reconciliations of bank accounts and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company internal controls.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and tax filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of general financial bookkeeping principles and accounting standards.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
