Join Surya Semesta Internusa as an Accounting & Tax Supervisor (Hospitality) and play a pivotal role in our financial operations. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance and managing financial reporting for our hospitality division. Your expertise will directly contribute to our financial health and regulatory compliance.
As a key member of our finance team, you will develop and implement tax strategies, prepare monthly taxation reports, and ensure all financial documentation adheres to Indonesian regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and timely tax reports according to Indonesian regulations
- Manage monthly taxation processes and ensure compliance with all tax requirements
- Oversee financial reporting for the hospitality division
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial outcomes
- Conduct tax audits and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with external tax authorities and consultants
- Monitor tax law changes and update company policies accordingly
- Supervise accounting staff and provide guidance on tax matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and taxation
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
