Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 accounting professionals, setting performance standards and conducting regular reviews
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and AU/NZ regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement robust internal controls for financial transactions
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Manage team workload distribution and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- CPA license (mandatory requirement)
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with 2+ years in team leadership
- Proven expertise in financial reporting and compliance frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong understanding of AU/NZ accounting practices and regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration experience
