Join BIG ROOT LEGACY GROUP as an Accounts Assistant (Payables) and become a vital part of our finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Manage accounts payable ledger and maintain organized financial records
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Handle staff expense claims reimbursement following company policies
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards preferred
