Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly financial reports
- Manage vendor invoices and employee expense claims
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support external audits and tax documentation
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification in accounting/finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts clerk experience
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and GST
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
