Tanggung Jawab
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger entries
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including invoices, vouchers, and expense reports
- Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting preparation
- Monitor and manage petty cash transactions
- Liaise with suppliers and customers for payment-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Degree preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Integrity in handling confidential financial information
