Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor invoices, and general ledger accounts
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software systems
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget tracking
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Support audits by providing accurate documentation and records
- Assist in inventory reconciliation and cost accounting tasks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounts clerk or bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Malaysian GST and tax regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems
