Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring all records are up to date.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic financial documents.
- Handle GST reporting and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and taxation regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
