HTY Construction is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing finance department. As an Accounts Executive at HTY Construction, you will work closely with the finance team to handle daily transactions, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in preparing monthly financial reports. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and process daily invoices, ensuring accurate posting to the general ledger and timely payment schedules.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare comprehensive bank reconciliation statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Handle tax computation and ensure timely submission of GST (Goods and Services Tax) returns.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or queries from vendors and clients.
  • Maintain an organized and accurate filing system for all financial documents.
  • Assist in the budgeting process and provide financial analysis support to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in an Accounts Executive or Finance Assistant role.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions for data analysis and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
