Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection follow-ups
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger entries to maintain financial accuracy
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic planning
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules while ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial irregularities
- Adhere to tax regulations and statutory filing requirements for Singaporean corporate entities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA)
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting within professional services or corporate environment
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Singapore FRS accounting standards and GST regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in financial data
- Proven track record in reconciling complex accounts and resolving financial discrepancies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
