Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process shipment claims for all importations to ensure timely documentation.
- Reconcile credit notes received from suppliers and verify them against original invoices.
- Review and verify invoice details, including PO numbers, quantities, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all import-related financial documents.
- Assist the finance team with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or Import/Export accounting.
- Strong understanding of credit note processes and shipment claims reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills for effective vendor interaction and collaboration.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
