Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full accounts receivable cycle including invoicing, collections, and payment processing
- Utilize Netsuite ERP to maintain accurate customer account records and transaction histories
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies through diligent account reconciliation
- Prepare aging reports and implement collection strategies to optimize cash flow
- Liaise with clients to resolve billing inquiries and negotiate payment terms
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting requirements
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit issues and process adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts receivable experience
- Advanced proficiency in Netsuite ERP system
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
