Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand client aesthetic goals and recommend suitable treatments
- Drive sales revenue by promoting and selling premium aesthetic treatments and products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Stay current with industry trends, new procedures, and product innovations
- Collaborate with clinical team to ensure seamless client journey and treatment outcomes
- Manage client records and sales data accurately in clinic systems
- Participate in regular training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare sector
- Strong consultative selling skills with proven track record of meeting targets
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products preferred
- Valid driver's license (beneficial due to transportation arrangement)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
