- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to all customers
- Assist customers with product selections, special orders, and inquiries
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor, display cases, and checkout areas
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods securely
- Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and receiving deliveries
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
